AFNF Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at afnfmusicc@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Any item not in its original condition.

If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item or size, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
